"I've worked for Premise Data for less than a year and was specifically brought in to help the company prepare for scale and transformation by implementing a new HRIS (achieved in under 30 days), bring on a new benefits broker and partner with them to transform our benefits offering to current and future employees, and implement a data-driven approach to decisions regarding Premise employees to maximize trust, compassion, and the overall employee experience. I was fortunate enough to work with a CEO and other leaders with the same mindset, putting employees first and the company second.
