"They never have time for you to complete a job correctly, but always have time to go back and redo it the way it should have been done the first time. The next time the same job comes up you only have half the time to do it cause management has added another person's job to yours, because they laid off someone else."

"If someone is happy with the work they are performing, don't look for ways to make them unhappy with the work and conditions of the working environment."

"PASS! I have 5 family members and all have been laid off. You are better getting a job at the stadium next door, at least that's an American job that will last longer than Pratt will."

"There was nothing significant that I didn't like. I remember a contractor who was working for four years at the same position had to quit for no offer of promotion or permanent position."
