"Pratt Industries is a good company, that strives to be the best in their industry. Pratt holds safety as the number one priority. Pratt pays well. They spend a lot of money and time training their employees in the paper making processes. Pratt's environment encourages Employees to better themselves. They promote from within. Some top Managers have started from the bottom jobs."

"I've worked for Pratt Industries, USA., since 2015. It is the fifth largest paper and paper products manufacturer in United States. In my opinion some of the best things about working for Pratt are the casual and collaborative culture, as well as the company's continuous quest to be as environmentally friendly and cognizant of its impact on the world. In addition to manufacturing Pratt is known for it's high number of recycling facilities throughout United States."

"Management is racist and sexist & do not take responsibilities for their mistakes. No growth potential. Certain facilities receive preferential treatment. Customer are not top priority. In order to rectify a production or delivery issue, management will cut costs rather than deliver a quality product to the customer. Management blatantly has pet employees & blatantly acknowledges them creating a terrible work environment. Women are paid significantly less than men. No cultural sensitivity."
