"It was a very fast paced environment and was never dull or boring."

"Corporate had to be involved with most decisions. Also, there were too many managers so employees had 2 or 3 people telling them what to do and it was confusing for them."

"Eliminate some of the management team"

"Get details of employment promises in writing."

What don't you like about working at Pratt Industries?

"It was a sweat shop. Was no breaks or lunch time. You had to eat at your work station. Line is very unsafe. No guarding along most of line. Would by-pass safeties to get line going again. Lots of on job injuries."

"Show more respect for employees. Improve working environment."

"It was a very good job until the economy took it's toll on the company"

"I was in a contract position that had no benifits"

"They have a lot of dead weight in key positions and people the company should retain are often axed. I however was not one of them. My position was eliminated when all construction was put on hold."
