"I wouldn't interview with this company because no one deserves to be treated like a second class citizen."

What don't you like about working at UroPartners?

"The physicians argued amongst themselves in front of patients and staff. One physician became physically abusive."

"Be the professionals you are and that you went to school for."

"The company was in dire need of direction as they had an employee manual that had not been updated in over 10 years. They had a terrible database that was not giving them the information required to keep track of A/R, A/P, etc"

"Just be nice to the managing doctor, tell her how pretty she is, talk to her about your children, be a social butterfly and you will get along famously."

What don't you like about working at Dermatology Associates of LaGrange?

"The managing physician was very into being friendly with all of the staff and keeping staff in place even though they were not doing their job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit micromanaging every detail of staff, hiring, terminations, salary increases, etc"
