"There are some decent perks that went along with working at Go Daddy, but nothing to make up for the miserable work experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run far, far away, as fast as you can. Don't let their gimmicks fool you. Pay and benefits were good, but not worth the miserable work experience."

What don't you like about working at GoDaddy.com?

"Just about everything. The forced on-site lunches, lack of freedom/ability to do your job effectively, micro-management work style, certain company policies, executive egos..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get new management. Without better leadership in place, you will continue to cycle through employees. At some point you need to realize the excuse, It's just not a good fit, runs out after you burn through dozens of employees."

"Unfortunatly they were based out of lower PA, and I did not have the interest in moving there."
