"Pomeroy should have more face-to-face time with their contractors to help ensure they are happy with where they are placed or help build trust between the client and the contractor."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No one wants to stay there long. Unless you are good corporate slave with no family or outside interests, this job will soon cause issues with your life. There is no work-life balance."
What don't you like about working at Pomeroy?
"Work activities required before clock in.No breaks if SLA's were in jeopardy, which was frequent.Mandatory Overtime.Off-the-clock work suffered to finish one's tickets, follow-up and paper work. Not enough time was granted on-the-clock to finish work activities.Requested and earned time-off-with-pay was denied due to the team not meeting SLA's. No make up was offered. Benefits promised were withheld.The phones, ticketing system or computers broke every week, so the SLA was always in jeopardy. Work site had a terrible bed bug infestation, very poor lighting and a funny smell."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn how to treat employees like human beings not slaves. My manager would get upset if we stood up and stretched even if we were not allowed to take breaks that day."
