"PTI is an unstable company with a lack of direction. What was once a company that took pride in its cutting edge R&D has since fallen to the wayside to make commercial gadgets and other shoot-and-ship parts. Still, however, they'll take on the occasional high-level military product to take advantage of the price premiums associated with those jobs, only to find themselves in over their heads. This results in late deliveries, erroneous quoting, and shortcuts taken to get product out the door. Hopefully PTI will someday switch back to the small R&D workshop it once was."
"Survival in a troubled economy"
