"I’m not sure what competitors pay for similar positions. However, PNC always seems to rank above other banks for other positions. I started as a customer service representative and while in that position the CEO raised the minimum pay by $2.00 an hour. I was promoted to my current position after a year and received an increase in pay by $6.00 an hour and two months later received a raise. There is also potential for monthly bonuses up to $750 a month."
