"Because I am on a new contract overseas with LM, there is much needed work in supporting LM employees."
What do you like about working at Lockheed Martin?
"Opportunity to experience the Arabic culture and to work with the most advanced equipment pertaining to F-16 fighter jet. Also the opportunity to begin new operating procedures and process that will be implemented for the remainder of the contract in the UAE. I like the opportunity of training the UAE military on calibration, repair and use of Technical Orders for selected equipment."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be open to Lockheed Martin procedures and processes. Have an open mind and put in a hard days work."
What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?
"Many issues that are getting resolved as we move along in the process of this contract but these are issues that should have been in place in the beginning. Most of the issues are pertaining to HR processes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your people and allow your employees the freedom to implement new ideas and put more incentives in place. Process for growing in the work place and room for advancement in a timely manner."
