"I really loved the opportunity to work in a Direct Response atmosphere. This allowed my love for media and the necessary analytics to really become the focus of my career. In a DR environment, you must analyze the data and react quickly and accordingly to ensure your client's dollar is not being wasted. The environment was always changing because of this and made it an exciting job to have."

"Plattform is a very young and fun environment to work in, so just capitalize on strengths while showing your fun personality."

What don't you like about working at PlattForm?

"I realize that every job will have its ups and downs, long days and normal days... however, Plattform did not have any ups and downs and therefore, unfortunately led to burn out very quickly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe that everyone there was so busy that it was hard to realize the eventual demise it had on the employees. So I believe that management could address that issue, it could be an ideal place to work."

"The people create a fun, friendly atmosphere. Benefits, notably the 401k, are stellar."

"This is a company that requires a lot of confidence and an ability to deal with negative feedback in a positive way. If you struggle with criticism, it's probably best to look elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at PlattForm?

"Upper management employs a beat-down style of trying to motivate middle management. While this works for some, it can be discouraging for others. Quite a few people left the company after it became too much. Different management styles are needed for different people - that applies from top to bottom."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do a better job of identifying how to relate down the ladder in order to get the best results and keep employees motivated and eager to deliver those results to the company. This will help eliminate high turnover rates for employees."

"Be prepared to have several managers and a rolling chair for relocation. If you last 2+ years, you are ___ enough but."

"Not enough rewards for good work. Favoritism plays a big part because it's privately owned."

"Plattform is a very culture driven workplace, they attempt to make up for the lack of compensation in fun activities, such as company wide outings that include DJ's, magicians, and bouncy castles.The IT department is a great place to work because Plattform is always getting the newest development tools to use and they have adequate testing and source control environments. Overall, it simply comes down to whether you enjoy goofing off and having a really fun work environment."
