What do you like about working at Mestek?
"Freedom to make changes without needing to pass them through the upper management is the number one thing that I like about working for Mestek."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There is no real suggestions for interviewing with this company, probably the best thing you could do is to know someone who works here and speak clear English."
What don't you like about working at Mestek?
"The lack of support from upper management is definitely the worst part of working for this company. While you may be able to make the changes with little issues you may not be able to get the financing or support to make those changes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The first and probably most important suggestion for management is to give real constructive criticism to middle managers and supervisors. I would also suggest to give better compensation to those employees that have superior performance."
