"HUGE turn over. Management has no idea of priorities or work loads"

What do you like about working at Trelleborg?

"The job could have been challenging if the company did not keep flip flopping on priorities"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company has had years where the turnover rate has been over 120%. There is an excellent reason for this. If you take a position with this company keep looking till you find a reliable place."

What don't you like about working at Trelleborg?

"The company had NO direction. Priorities change by the half hour. They do not value their employees time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"NEW MANAGEMENT. Especially at the local plant level. If you are going to work your employees for 80 hours a week you should pay them for OT. Also the company needs to value their empoloyees personal time."

"Vast amount of responsibility and experience I was able to obtain in a relatively small amount of time."

"I started to question if Senior Management had a strategic direction and if they saw true vision and value in some of the technology I was implementing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need a stronger strategic planning process"
