"I was a college student at the time. The work was convenient and my income was convenient. I lived on campus and worked with some of my classmates."

"Keep doing what you're doing."

"Pizza Hut is a great place to work. The people are great to work with and easy to communicate with which makes the experience more enjoyable."

"The only thing I don't like about Pizza Hut is that some employees, particularly the ones in high school, do not seem motivated to do the best job possible as they're just worried about receiving the paycheck instead of providing excellent customer service."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestions for management is to cross-train more employees to make them more experienced in all positions of the restaurant (cooking, waiting tables, and delivering). Finally, my last suggestion is to promote management from within, which they have been doing a better job of. It is hard to hire someone from outside of the company and make him/her a manager right away if they haven't been properly trained."
