"I only worked for Piper Aircraft for a few months but found the company to be an interesting place to work. Great team of people there. I would still be working there had I not relocated back to California."

Some of their business practices and interdisciplinary interactions could use refining. Overall, a good company to get industry experience with."

"Piper should be your absolute last resort. Consider that there are only openings in engineering because others are leaving in large numbers, not because the company is growing. The neat new project they are selling you on may, probably will, go away after the next board meeting."

"Absolutely no leadership. No management or ownership vision. Management has no credibility. Technical staff is fleeing at an alarming rate. No future."

"Have a vision and develop a 5 year plan. Then work to it with some conviction and consistency."
