"No good tips. The most important thing is that a job is a job. If you are looking for something to just hold you over until you find something better then hopefully you will be able to stomach this company and the position."

"Management. There was a management overhaul around 2007. From my understanding, it still is not a great environment. You also have to work pretty much every weekend each month. There is no overtime. You must document all of your hours. You are watched like a hawk here."

"I would suggest that managment decrease micromanagement. You will get more out of your employees."
