"Understand that you will be worked to your fullest capacity, which can be very draining. Also, you are rarely rewarded for hardwork. However, if you are only out for a steady paycheck then buy all means apply here! Just try to keep your sanity."

"You are on salary, so upper management takes full advantage of this fact. You are overworked, forced to work overtime to meet nearly-impossible company goals. If you fail to meet goals you are threatened, as opposed to offered a solution or support. Very low morale."
