"Be yourself, have fun with it, if you are comfortable they will be too. Everyone likes to work with people they are comfortable around."

"I felt management changed too often. Just when your working relationship is running smoothly it changed."

"I often felt that the sales force was forced to do things that may make sense in one perspective but did not work at the street level."
