"The salary was very competitive. They make it competitive because they know some people will stay only based on the salary which is a horrible mentality to have and apparently doesn't work. I actually got an offer and just started working for another company who matched my salary that I made at P&G but is actually in a place where people want to live and actually has a great culture and great hours. P&G doesn't realize that while their salary is competitive, you carry the P&G name so salary shouldn't be the only thing keeping you at P&G because you can make the same amount of money at a better company in a better location!"
