"If you are someone who only likes to focus on one area of the business, do not interview here. The great part of P&G is one works with all aspects of the business and needs to learn and relate to everyone's measurements."

"The company focuses more on how long someone has been with the company, rather than what one has achieved. If you have not spent your entire career at P&G, you are not eligible to move up."
