"It's too easy to get lost in the shuffle. Even if you do good work, you will not get noticed unless you work in the right place or you have a strong advocate."

"Focus on innovation - there hasn't been a game-changer like Swiffer, Febreze or Whitestrips for a long time."
"P&G Associates is a fast paced can do it firm. There are around 40 people in the company. The working environment is great, and the IT staff is awesome."

"Managers should continue to do whatever they do, and care about the people as well as themselves."

"My ability to influence the company way of doing things is severely limited. We pretty much just carry out existing processes that have worked in the past."

"I'd stop going on about the company's purpose and try to get everyone to adopt it as their own purpose."
"I've worked with P&G for a little more than a year. Although they have a storied past, their culture and ways of working do not adapt well for digital age processes and thinking. They're a group of project managers dictating agencies on things to build without recourse for how it's being done."
