"It's has been an exciting opportunity to work for PR Maritime since August 2019. My General Manager Mr. Sanjay Sharma has been very instrumental in my career growth and his leadership really helped me stay motivated, I appreciate all of the coaching and mentoring opportunities he has provided me so far. Sometimes the number of tasks and responsibilities on my plate felt overwhelming, However, I feel that I perform and learn better when you allow me to figure out how to achieve the target on my own.
