3.5I have worked for PF Chang's China Bistro for just over a year now. The team has changed numerous times within that period. All managers and co-workers were and have been great people. Some moved on to other areas while others moved up in the ranks. The company itself is doing well. I cannot say anything bad about the company. The time put in don't seem to match up to the pay. The work load is normal when comparing to other restaurants. It is fast paced and rewarding at times.
2.5I have worked at locations on the east cost and west coast. When I relocated to California it was like working for a different company. Most of this falls on upper-management - starting with the request for a cost-of-living adjustment, which was refused, paired with 12/13 hour days with a schedule that included almost all closing shifts and all holidays and weekends, unless a special request was made. There was talk about rotating weekends and holidays but ultimately, they were just words that never came to fruition.
4.5The job that I do is prep Meat that’s it there are many different jobs in my place of work but I’m a meat prep and let me tell you it’s not easy at first but over time it gets easy and with you is the back of the house meaning you don’t deal with many people which is relaxing after a while. So overall the job is good the way things work is a little confusing sometimes but over good for pretty much anyone willing to work.
