What do you like about working at PetSmart?

"Don't expect to move up super fast. Though hard work is rewarded with extra hours or the good shifts, it may not result in a promotion."

What don't you like about working at PetSmart?

"I'm worried that my opportunities are being overestimated (because I just started working there this month) and that my hours may drop after the holidays and I could need to get another job to pay the bills."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have fewer employees and allow more full time workers. Also, I would lower the number of dogs that are required to be groomed per hour."
