"Redo the entire way the company runs at a store level."

"I liked the customer service experience. I enjoyed working with the pets. I enjoyed becoming familiar with products, and the location was close to campus."

"Be honest and enthusiastic about customer service."

"My dislikes were: few hours available for associates, quick turnover in associates, and often training new employees."

"Increase levels of promotions for associates who have worked for the company a bit longer so that they have incentive to stay and help deplete the employee turnover rate."
