"I don't like micromanagement. It just felt like someone was breathing down my neck all the time."

"Be more flexible and trust your employees. They are not going to cheat you with an extra 2 minutes for lunch."

"Petco Grooming needs to have more rules and be more organized."

What do you like about working at PETCO?

"What I liked about working at Petco Grooming was that I get to interact with the dogs, and make them feel better. Sometimes I would get in a really matted dog and just by shaving it down and giving it a good bath you could tell that the dog was so much happier."

What don't you like about working at PETCO?

"What I did not like about working at Petco Grooming was that it was not organized at all. The appointment book was never on point. Sometimes they would only have one groomer and one bather with 15 dogs a day. They never had the right supplies and it would take them forever to order new supplies. It was very unorganized."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get new management, better employees, and give the grooming department adequate supplies and attention."
