"Stay positive. Every company has its payroll challenges. Low payroll is the nature of retail. Be honest in everything."

What don't you like about working at PETCO?

"The systems in place do not match up with the direction given on a regular basis."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When giving a new direction, ensure every department is on the same page. Asking for 4 associates to be on the sales floor at a given time, yet not giving the payroll hours to allow for this many associates is impossible to achieve."
