What do you like about working at PETCO?

"I like the work itself. I was tasked with 2 startups and had 100% control and decision making."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask questions as to the structure and where everyone came from. From there, ask who has been promoted to what positions."

What don't you like about working at PETCO?

"I didn't like the politics of the corporate culture. There were also a lot of people in the division who came from the VP's former employer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Results would be better if the team success would be ahead of personal success."
