What do you like about working at Perrigo?

"The people were great! It was a lot of fun working with everyone. They quickly became my friends and not just co-workers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself! Your going to spend so much time here, you need to know if you fit in. Remember at Perrigo, there is a technical interview so be ready to answer questions. Also try not to be put off by how many times you have to have an interview. Spending a half of day at Perrigo and interviewing with 5 - 10 different people is normal. Perrigo is a great place to work. Go for it!"

What don't you like about working at Perrigo?

"The push back when anything new was brought in. I found this to be true in all areas even IT. New ways of doing different things are not something that is quickly embrassed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Repect different styles of working. Understand the need to keep the technology current. That includes the programming styles."

"During the time I was at Perrigo, I got the chance to make a difference. I worked to make the QC change for the better and most of the changes done were because of a team of management including myself."

"Perrigo is a well run company. The present managements are great (I know, I trained them myself). You will learn a lot."
