"Performant was great the management is what really made it stand out too me. They worked with you until you got it. I really appreciated that. We had alot of fun and good times every month in the company meetings."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"None, just make sure you get your payment in contract form and signed in writing because it does change from time to time."
What don't you like about working at Performant Financial?
"Well at the time they were having alot of financial issues. Don't know if that's been fixed now or not. But it got to the point too where they were fixing their financial issues by docking and cutting my pay. One week I could be making one amount and the next it would be switched. Not Cool!!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As far as taking the time with your training and keeping your crews filled in and trained and making people feel welcome. Keep up the good work! As far as overall company issues top brass management. I hope you get that figured out soon. Your company has great potential and really does focus on helping people."
