"Lack of professional management. There is no structure to leadership with the CEO insisting engineers do sweeping and mopping instead of cost savings projects. Several layoffs in a few years... I've had 4 bosses in just a 1 year time frame. Absolutely do not recommend"

"when the president is out of the office the company is not that bad to work for."

"Dont even go there unless you like to be screamed at and to be bullied all day long for no reason. You will also have to give up all your personal life. And forget about career, there is none there."
What don't you like about working at Performance Friction?
"The president (owner) creates a horrible work environment. He assaults people all day long like they are his slaves and not his employees. People tend to leave the company in 1-2 months because no one can put up with his abuse!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The owner should not be the president, he should hire a decent president. Or he should go take some lessons to learn how to lead people and to build some technical knowledge as well"
