"Here in AL the pay we get is better than many. Most other companies that employ RSRs are smaller or locally owned and cannot come close to the pay. However, if you're a driver, your overtime is Variable Rate (the longer you work the less you're worth.) Sometimes a 60 hr week is unavoidable. At the end you're drained physically and then you get that emotional punch when you see how little you earned over your last check for a 50 hr week. Disheartening."
