"Very good at what they did. Lots of proven methods for every facet of the business."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you want to underachieve/fly below the radar, look elsewhere."
What don't you like about working at PepsiCo?
"Managers stretched TOO thin, instead of working on the few most important aspects of the business and getting them right, managers are expected to work on and improve MANY areas, thus watering down the attention and focus paid to the most impactful items."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pick three big things to attack as a team and move from there. Managers are people and there are only a certain amount of hours in the day, weeks in the year, etc. to excell. In order to do better, the job must be made less complex, for technicians and managers. Additionally, although inclusion of diverse managers is important, it should not be the top criteria in attaining talent. Affirmative action hiring practices are detrimental to the business when their importance precedes real qualification for a job."
