"I worked for Pep Boys for many years, had its ups and downs but recently company was sold to Icahn Enterprises. This is an investment company, they do not care about people."

"Customers are not fooled, they know we are not running like other auto service stores and we fail over and over. We do not update the web pricing and mislead available product selection ( bait and switch ) basically everyone that uses the site can see it doesn't function well. There is no desire among management to fix and poor morale too."
