Execution of goals is difficult and time-consuming due to the amount of approvals needed. Not very progressive. Some people make excuses for poor performance and it is tolerated by leadership. "A lot of layoffs. Poor management. Not a friendly place."

"Need some creative ideas. Need to institute a real corporate culture."

"Customers are not fooled, they know we are not running like other auto service stores and we fail over and over. We do not update the web pricing and mislead available product selection ( bait and switch ) basically everyone that uses the site can see it doesn't function well. There is no desire among management to fix and poor morale too."

"Helping customers and actually getting them what they need not just something sold to them. I enjoy finding an actual solution not randomly guessing and hoping it solves the problem for them"

"Don't expect the support you get in the beginning to last. They will grow bored and stop listening to you and start referring to you as a nuisance instead of their idealist"

"Upper management makes lots of promises to correct or change problems yet they never do, and when you escalate it past the with documentation they throw you under a bus and watch you fail with NO support until you get fired on technicalities or walk"

"Listen to the managers asking for certain things on the store level. Like each customer is different each store and its requirements may vary and need something the others don't to support their volume"

"There is no advancement available to shop employees who are more than qualified to gain promotions to upper or mid level management. Lots of politics."

"If they do not get employee retention under control, they will not be able to attract quality techs to fill there needs for employement."

"Not the type of work I am used to doing. Cars are not my thing, computers are."

"Just know the basic of auto parts like, tune up parts, breaks. these are the main parts that sell a lot in this business."
