"Learn from Grudins law. You reward political indecision rather than actual leaders. Leaders are followed not appointed through apathy"

"There is no formal training on the products you have to manage that for yourself."

"To many chiefs and not enough indians and all of the corporate meetings."

"chaos. It was hard to sell products when quality and delivery were suffering due to ill-planned management decisions"
