"To involve all the segments in the employees about the plans and actions."

"It's close to home and pays well. There's not much else."

"We are micromanaged, there is too much resistance to change."

"I would micromanage less and upgrade the technologies. Change is good."

"Nonoe knows whats going on no communication very hard to get problems solved I just have to do it myself or I end up having to stand around and wait and I dont like standing around like to be constantly workking"

"First year I was there was rough, no processes or plans, I had to come up with alot on my own, but we have come a long way"

"Good company, but too political in trying to do the right thing. People from outside departments wanting to change things, which in the long run cost the company more time and money."

"There have been many changes over the last couple of years by senior management (X-Presidents of Divisions) that have had a longterm negative impact."

"They would benefit by having strategy meetings with their subordinates and developing a long term plan for success and standing behind that plan and their direct reports."
