"No meaningful system at all. Responsible for everyone's mistakes. No work/ life balance. Very dirty office. Company does not value hardworking employees. Maintain a group of unprofessional and unproductive people. Management do not communicate with lower ranking employee and face no consequences after breaking ethical rules. Refused to pay back PTOs after quitting until lengthy negotiation. After they finally agreed, 2 weeks passed and still got nothing. Still negotiating."
