2.8Rather than following the pack, be more creative and develop advertising tools, rather than offer same old thing with bigger price tag. Also, rather than offer to many diverse things, find one or two, specialize, make it extraordinary, i.e., focus on a winner.
Mostly the new micromanage polices of the new ownership. The way the company is geared gives no time for selling which is what I am best at. I spend way too much time doing other things that most companies have in place to help sales people sell.
