"I’ve worked for Pella Windows and doors for two years. Besides Pella Corporation my sales manager from the very beginning was first in line to give me all of the tools I needed to succeed in today’s market place. It was a great job and a great opportunity I am just looking for something a little different with a little bit more"
"Pella, as a whole, is a great company. Each subsidiary is operated and ran differently though, which can cause some concern. There is no room for advancement what-so-ever or training opportunities. On a positive note, the people that work for the branch are great/caring people."
