"I’ve worked for Pella Windows and doors for two years. Besides Pella Corporation my sales manager from the very beginning was first in line to give me all of the tools I needed to succeed in today’s market place. It was a great job and a great opportunity I am just looking for something a little different with a little bit more"

"In the time I've been with Pella Windows and Doors of Cincinnati I have continually had to overcome obstacles on my own with little to no support from my superiors. There is no culture at our company and their heads are only concerned with their bonus and no compensation increases for its workforce. More often than not you are berated when you make a mistake and never congratulated on the outstanding work you've put in."

"Pella, as a whole, is a great company. Each subsidiary is operated and ran differently though, which can cause some concern. There is no room for advancement what-so-ever or training opportunities. On a positive note, the people that work for the branch are great/caring people."

At Shenandoah they don't care about employees. The managers don't know what they are doing. They make life a living hell. I could go on and on. JUST DON'T GO THERE!!!"
