"Insufficient communication or emphasis on preventive action. Very good with reactive actions; employees have complete empowerment."

"The lack of attention on preventive action is what may be making the employee empowerment so vital to the business. Spend a few dollars today to get the product to function correctly to avoid spending a lot more money in two months when the customers are screaming for a refund."

"Know your C/C++ skills you will be queried and required to write code at the interview. LINUX knowledge is a real plus."

"Confused and dysfunctional product management. All products are developed in extreme crisis mode. Crisis heros are rewarded, nay-sayers are the villans."
