"Recent Merger has resulted in changes. Not what it once was."

"Break down the Not Invented here attitude that exists between teams and start coordinating the overall development efforts."

"Friendly people and laid-back attitude. Ability to explore new ideas."

"Know your C/C++ skills you will be queried and required to write code at the interview. LINUX knowledge is a real plus."

What don't you like about working at Pelco?

"Confused and dysfunctional product management. All products are developed in extreme crisis mode. Crisis heros are rewarded, nay-sayers are the villans."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You really really do need an archetecture team and a real strategec product team."
