"The people. We were a family that just didn't work together we also did things that had nothing to do with work."

"Just be yourself, and realize that childcare does not pay well we are here for the kids,"
What don't you like about working at The Peanut Gallery?
"For the amount of work I did I should of gotten paid more but It was a private center and I was a newby in the field."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Even though Sharon was a great Director she was not a good business woman. I would tell her to make a profit two simple things can help: no more Overtime, and no more bringing down the cost just to get kids. Those would be my suggestions."
