"For the amount of work I did I should of gotten paid more but It was a private center and I was a newby in the field."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Even though Sharon was a great Director she was not a good business woman. I would tell her to make a profit two simple things can help: no more Overtime, and no more bringing down the cost just to get kids. Those would be my suggestions."
