"I have been employed with PeaceHealth since 2003. I would say that the covid related policies have ruined this job for me. I used to love it. Nearly 3 years in and we have not received any bonus for hazardous working conditions , or any recognition that we really are true essential employees. Plenty of money for new hires, travelers or referrals but nothing for those that have continued to show up. I don’t feel they value employees or their mental well being. Because covid has been brutal on all of us. It’s not a fun place at all. No summer employee picnic or party. No Christmas party. They use covid as an excuse for it all. They are not learning to just live with covid."
