"the sales associate discount becomes effective only after three months which was ridiculous because I joined mimI when I was 5 months pregnant and a lot of people who came in looking for maternity wear would have loved to see me wear the clothes from the store but I could not afford them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"please provide an incentive say $200 credit for new associates to shop in the store so that when clients walk in they can see some items being worn. provide more full time opportunities this will reduce turnover."
