"You must show disposition to work extended periods. You should be prepared with the basics of ASP.NET because as part of the admission process they give you a test on ASP.net fundamentals."

"Long working periods. Lack of leadership in supervision of tasks, and contact you when it is too late to correct the problems. Too much bureaucracy in the administrative processes, and the developers always are blamed for the situations that have occurred that really concerns to supervisors or other areas."
