"I’ve worked with PCMA for 6 months now. I can say that I have learned a lot from being a Jr. loan processor/Funding Manager. The reason why I am deciding to part my ways with them is because it is very hard to continue to work in an environment, where I don’t see my career advancing in any sort of way. They have a very poor way of training people and don’t see to understand how to respect their employees."
