"Go in with an open mind. My experience isnt necessarily going to be your experience but go in with your eyes wide open. Expect nothing but hope for something."

What don't you like about working at Payless ShoeSource?

"Was ok in the beginning. After 3mos into working there I began to see that there was nothing but favortism that managers had for certain employees. People took advantage of their authority, delegating jobs that they didnt want to do themselves. Payless doesnt protect their emoyees from wrongful customers because they feel like they are always right. One complaint and you can kiss your job goodbye depending on who you are and if your manager in fact takes a liking to you enough to protect you. Payless is a worthless job who doesnt genuinely care about the people who work for them. for them"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop playing favortism and treat everyone equally!! Protect your employees and treat them with respect!"
